#asktheexpert hello doctor... mera beta 25 days ka hai.. usne last 5 days se stool pass nhi kia hai. bus gas pass kr rha..iske pehle to regular krta tha.. plz suggest

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common gand more in formula fed babies and also when initially ythe semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

A. hi it's okay it is natural process no need to worry please offer breasfeeding as and when it is required give gentle massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands move your child legs in cycling motions
