in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child shoculd sleep after taking breastfeeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

The Child is having very good at it as of now it is more than double the birth weight at the age of four months so that’s going good if your child is consuming 60 ML also every two hours and gaining appropriate weight then you go ahead with it there is nothing wrong with
