A. dear mum, once your baby completes 6 months, you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer, cheese, Vegetable Daliya consistency of food should be like that of ghee.

A. hello once the baby complete 6 months you should be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked dal water ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes and ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child
