#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, is it important that the baby has to triple the birth weight or if the baby is healthy and active and is 7.5 kgs at 13 months?

A. Hello mom generally a full term baby is expected to double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year, as far as the child is eating well and also active for his age no worries,
