#asktheexpert hello doctor I want to know shall I put a cap on my baby while he is sleeping

A. Socks are not advisable to be used during the time of sleeping and caps are also equally restricted because and socks when you use while sleeping they can actually block the regular passage and creates a tightness onto that area which is why it’s not healthy
