#AskTheExpert hello doctor, I recently stopped breastfeeding to my baby. would like to know how I can stop breasts from creating milk. as I can see some hardness in breasts and when I press them milk is coming out

A. Taking drugs such as Cabergoline or Dostinex® to stop breast milk works best for mothers who have not been breastfeeding for long. Talk to your doctor, midwife or nurse if you would like more information about these drugs.
