Hello mom for 1 year old it gets little easier now as they can be given everything all usual foods, so you can provide with healtheir biscuits such as made with jaggery and atta , also millet based ones, apart from that dry fruits & nuts , fresh seasoanl fruits , poha,puffed rice. roasted makhanans .home made ladoos,
