Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please avoid self medication. it can be harmful always consult your gynecologist before taking any type of medicine. for constipation please keep your body well hydrated take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, fruits like pear,plum , banana etc you can drink warm milk with one tbsp of ghee. maintain good hygiene
