#AskTheExpert Hello, Doctor! I just wanted to ask if salt and sugar/jaggery can be given moderation to my 6 months old ? If yes, please also suggest the best low sodium salt and advise. Thank you!

No salt, No Sugar/honey/palm sugar/jaggery/palm jaggery till 1 yr. White sugar can be avoided as long as possible.Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
