#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, I haven't fall off or there is no injuries in my left knee but am having pain for a week while sitting down and getting up. What causes this ? Is there any remedy?

A. it is very important to take all the supplements like vitamin b12 iron folic acid calcium and vitamin d because many times due to their deficiency the pain can occur.
