#AskTheExpert hello doctor.. I have two kids.. 2nd one is 5months old.. after my 2nd pregnancy I feel so tired all the time.. sometime cant even want to walk beside this I am having back pain and knee joint pain as well. The gap between my two child is only 13 months and both are c section case.. Is this is reason of my problem?

Because the gap between two pregnancies is less and also because they were cesarean section it is natural for them to have a lot of effect on your body and you have to take high protein diet on a daily basis and rest properly and do some slight stretching exercises and take calcium medications regularlyWrite Your Answer Here
