#asktheexpert hello doctor I have twins baby boy but both baby don't have same weight can u please suggest what to give them for weight gain

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, what are the weight of your twins? Do not worry if they do not have the same weight. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby.
