The sound present during feeding is mostly when baby is not able to drink the milk properly either due to gas in stomach or due to wrong feeding position. So hold in correct position comfortable for baby and give 3 to 4 burps after each feed if still continues after burping , consult

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. whether your baby is breastfed or bottle-fed, you may have started to notice that they make a little clicking sound while they're feeding. This clicking can be a sign that your baby has weak tongue strength, and it may be causing feeding difficulties.
