#AskTheExpert hello doctor I have to stop breastfeed because I detected with covid positive. After my covid negative how to start breastfeed again

A. Mother can feed in COVID positive .She must wash and sanitize hands before feeds. And wear a mask while feeding

A. Hi, until you get negative you can give formula milk to your baby. Meanwhile pump the milk once in every two hours and throw it off. Once you get negative give a gap of five days. Until that keep on pumping and disposing the milk. Again you can continue feeding your baby.Write Your Answer Here
