#AskTheExpert hello doctor I have a nine month old baby.. I have been experiencing a lot of hair fall lately I have tried everything to stop it..I'm currently taking calcium supplements as m breastfeeding ... pls let me know if any other solution for hair fall

please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
stay stress free
