#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, I have a 7 months old kid. Solid intake is in progress. Can I start following the same routine as of adults means Breakfast, lunch and dinner with the desired foods given to the infants. Kindly advise

A. Yes of course the routine you’ll have to follow would be the same gift proper breakfast lunch and dinner to the child just you are not advisable to give the similar food as of yours and as of now that you can start by the time of 10 months as of now the food for the child is going to be different but schedule should be same
