#asktheexpert hello doctor, I am the mother of 9 months old baby.My periods were for 1 month after delivery after that I didn't get my periods till now, so elders advising me to consult the doctor to take medicine. Do I need to worry about this

No probably I would just say a lot of women do not resume with their periods for a very long time after their delivery it could be one year to 2 years also so there is no need to consult a doctor you resume with your period when your body is ready to menstruate again
