#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I am a mother of a 4months old baby. my periods has not come yet though it happened after the delivery and continued for 2/3weeks. is it ok?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Absolutely normal. Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
