#AskTheExpert hello doctor i am 30 yr mother of 2 kids...my youngest baby is 1yr old...from past few weeks I am having problem of engorge d breast every now and then.iwhat should I do...?plz advice

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
and do breast massage or compression during feedings if you fell that breast is full express milk.
