Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doctor. I am 28 yrs old mother of two kids. I had covid in my 9th month of pregnancy. After that I had emergency c-section. That time I was anemic. After delivery I noticed that I didn't have sufficient milk supply for my baby. What should I do?

You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds, and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective, boiled rice is alos effecotive.necer skip meals.
