#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, I am 18 weeks pregnant and suffering from worse cramps. I consume lots of water daily but still it is happening. Please suggest any solution.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and cramps are normal in pregnancy and still it is better to evaluate once with your gynaecologist in person as she knew the exact health condition of your pregnancy and only follow her prescription. Take care
