You must give her variety of foods which are nutritious, try different recipes and give her balanced home cooked food. Give her small yet frequent meals. Include paneer, sprouts, curd, seasonal fruits veggies, dals, green leafy vegetables and ragi in her meals. Sample plan - ragi porridge + nuts for breakfast, banana + makhana as mid meal, paneer cheese frankie for lunch, apple lassi for snacks, dal khichdi+ raita for dinner, milk+ dates before bedtime. As for gaining weight and height they have to take proper nutrition.as kids don't eat the food correctly they will not get proper nutrition.so,i am using Herbalife nutrition's dinoshake for kids it has all the nutrition and helps the kids to get proper nutrition.so it will help them in maintaining their proper height and weight

for better growth of your child ,I advise to give Healthy diet to your child.
give green veggies, fresh fruits ,nuts , dairy products etc more
encourage your child to do more physical activities
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
