#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, How can we reduce the postpartum bellyfat? I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight but the belly skin is loose still.

A. you need to daily apply oil like coconut oil or mustard oil on tummy n do massage the tummy.. take more green veggies and fruit in your diet. tc.
