#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, during my 7th week of pregnancy I did my scan and HR is 129 and HCG is leaser than what it suppose to be in 7 th week. Is my baby healthy? Do I have anything to worry about?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. if baby seems fine in ultrasound scan then there's nothing to worry about.. take medication regularly as advised by your doctor. eat healthy protein rich diet and do all investigation on time

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. A low hCG level can mean your pregnancy date was miscalculated and you're not as far along as you had thought. Further testing would be needed to determine the cause, which may or may not include a miscarriage, a blighted ovum, or an ectopic pregnancy. Slow-rising hCG levels may be a sign of trouble in early pregnancy.
