#AskTheExpert hello doctor bandana, I have allergic rhinitis. I have gone through nose operation (deviation) during 2004. Sneezing at early morning, at times when different smells of dhoop sticks, deos, other products is a regular trouble. I am using Nasal sprays almost every other 2 days. doctor diagnosed this allergic rhinitis and prescribed Flixonase nasal spray to me. It is useful. I am tired of this regular cold, sneezing and sprays and cetrizine. Is there any remedy available for this in ayurveda? please suggest
