#asktheexpert Hello doctor, Baby is 1 year now and was on EFF since beginning. Trying to transition to cup and sipper instead of bottles. She is reluctant with cup but was drinking cow milk last week with bottle. What if I give milk in other forms like kheer, porridge etc. is plain milk compulsory?

u may give mikk in moderation.
but equally try to feed plain milk too.
give her up yo16 oz kilk per day after 1year of age.
