#AskTheExpert hello doctor as I am a feeding mother but now I have stop feeding from 2months. After I have stop feeding him I feeling that milk was formed like lump and some times it was paining. please suggest me what to do?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom try to massage your breast , it can be best be done during your bath time as that would ensure if any lump formed can be settled out . Also you may take support of homoeopathy if uou believe they have medicines to dry up the milk as well
