#AskTheExpert hello doctor... after delivery only 1 time I had my periods in the month of April I got delivery and still I dint get is it normal am breast feeding my daughter who is 3months old

A. that can be lactation amenorrhea which may continue 6 months sometimes even one year also but it is always advisable to adopt some method of contraception to avoid unnecessary pregnancy .

A. Tats Completely fine a lot of women do not get their periods for longer time after their the delivery because that she too formal change in the body you are also exclusively breastfeeding the child so these things all together can postpone the period for a longer duration
