#asktheexpert hello doctor, according to new guidelines, sugar and honey is forbidden till baby reaches 1 year??

after that you can give liquids and semi solid diet..
just avoid cow milk and honey before age of one
mild salt and sugar should be started after six months

Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids and water
