#AskTheExpert hello docter my daughter is thirteen month old from the past 1 week she is getting up in the middle of thd night and starts crying i cant understand what is the problem even after giving her nose drop she is hetting up and crying uncontrolbly plz suggest what to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. o v sIt is quite normal natural that small babies will be having gas because of different reasons better to do burping of the baby after feeding at least 15 minutes you can give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day safe for the baby

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. baby usually cries for the reason like gastric pain which can be relieved by giving collicaid drops or gastica drops.
usually in children below 6 month of age especially those who are fed on formula milk have more gastric colic.so,proper burping after feeding is must.
other reasons could be nose blockage, diaper rash and may be more like hunger or sleep, any fear or stubbornness ,so accordingly may be assessed and taken care of.
if the cryinyrwg behaviour doesnot resolve,visit your doctor.
