Hi. yes it's totally normal condition..don't worry other milk teeth will erupt at proper timing. maintain cleanliness of the erupted teeth by brushing twice daily with silicone finger toothbrush along with any Kid's toothpaste in rice grain size amount.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children5 years agoA. A baby should have 4 teeth by the time she turns 11 months old. 8 teeth at 15 months, 12 teeth at 19 months and 16 teeth at 23 months. Brush your baby's teeth daily using a finger toothbrush. There is no need for a toothpaste until the baby turns 18 months old.
