as a child is 9 months old,you can add variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables (potato, sweet potato, carrot , bottleguard, pumpkin, Spinach ), fruits (all seasonal fruits ), pulses (tuvar ,chana ,masoor ,urad dal ,mung dal) , dairy products (paneer, curd, ghee milk) ,egg etc.
