Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hi But who is saying You should give whatever you want to give to the child see the bottom line here is that whatever we eat on regular basis is the right food for the child as well so if you don’t want to give rise your child is not liking it then go ahead with all kind of vegetables and roti Paratha whatever you eat on regular basis you should be giving the same to the child as well
