#asktheexpert Hello doc. My delivery was normal. After delivery i have been experiencing bones cracking sound at joints whenever I move, sit or get up. This is reduced a lot, however i want to know what are the possible reasons and should i get any tests done?

A. Hello ma’am For initial six months to 1 year it is considered completely normal sometimes but to be on the safer side I would advise you to get a vitamin D has done for yourself because these things are normally due to deficiency of vitamin D in the body so just get that done to be more sure about
