#AskTheExpert Hello Doc my Daughter is 2year old and she is taking cow milk can we star bufflow milk now and can we put some milk powder like bornvita or complain or any other thing u suggest

Yes Course you can start with cows milk in years if you want you can add any healthy supplement like Bournvita anything to the mail called so but make sure that you do not add any additional sugar to it because it is anyway is too sweet to manage any extra sugar is not needed
