#asktheexpert hello doc, my daughter is 19 month old and she looks skinny but active what are the solid foods I can introduce and can you help me with some mental exercise for my kid, thanks

A. Its ok as some kids have these type of body. Just make sure give only healthy food. Add ghee in food, full cream milk, curd, paneer, for mental growth involve in activities, learning toys, avoid tv or mobile
