#AskTheExpert Hello Doc..My belly as well hips and thighs have got lot of fat .. Though my weight is healthy I am doing morning walk daily...my muscles have weakened ..what diet should I have to strengthen muscles without putting on weight?

A. where to take good protein diet all types of fruits and vegetables if there is need you can take substitute of calcium and vitamins you may consult your doctor for advice

A. Hi mom Have diet rich in protein which helps to build new tissues and give muscle strength. Have egg, chicken, fish, meat, lentils, soya, black chane etc rich in protein in ur diet for muscle strength
