#asktheexpert hello doc...my baby is 4 months old when she is asleep, she moves her head frequently...is it normal?

A. such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention. you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour. this is totally fine and not to bed worried about. take care.

Yes it is normal in general course of life and sometimes it could be just due to some discomfort that they have while they are sleeping so both the situations are normal for a child but if you see the child is constantly moving the head and try to figure out if your child is having any kind of an issue during the
