A. 8.5 kg weight is in normal range, give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. As long as they're meeting developmental milestones, are alert and active, and are feeding well, you likely don't need to worry. Consistent growth — not exponential growth — is the key to baby's well-being.
