#AskTheExpert hello doc. my 5 yr old kid do not eat any vegetables or fruits. I hv tried all my ways to introduce the things but nothing worked out. let me know if you can suggest something. thanks

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, motivate, encourage, educate, praise, reward him for eating fruit and veggies. Involve your child in making prices of fruit n vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.
