Spitting His common with kids after feeding they take some need not worry about it and if it is too much then only it is a question of concern otherwise it is considered normal so don’t worry about that and maybe your child is not gaining sufficient weight from your breast feed so in my opinion it would be better for you to consult your lactation doctor once
