ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Kindly check your thyroid profile once because if the TSH value is reducing then it is very much normal to get lethargic and also check your hemoglobin levels to rule out iron deficiency anemia
