Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. please avoid giving multi grains to the baby at this age as it will be heavy for the baby and so difficult to digest.
introduce one food at a time and always follow three days rule for new food to avoid allergy.
as the baby is seven months old you can give three meals in a day supplementing breast milk or formula milk
