#AskTheExpert Hello doc after pregnancy I had thyroid. Now my periods was on time from last few months but last month its not regular. My weight is also not decreasing after doing exercise. What should I do.

A. Hello you should start to do dieting. Exercise and diet both plays an important part to loose weight. Don’t skip any meals. Eat small amounts of foods frequently. Start your day with fruits salad. And take vegetables salad before lunch and dinner. Complete your dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
