#AskTheExpert hello dct i am mother of 1 year 4 months boy baby ..he is passing motion 3 days once also we are give health food and hot water eventhough 3days once only he is passing motion while passing he is crying hard and it was so tight please suggest me a solution dct plss

A. this is a common problem in baby at this age to relieve constipation you should add more of water and fibrous diet like leafy vegetables and fruit in babies diet .
