#AskTheExpert hello all. I have 8th month baby boy. now can I follow egg diet plan? he is exclusively breast feeding. please tell me it is good for baby or not.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Yes you can have egg in your diet. Also as baby is 8 months old you can start semi solids,after 6+ months baby's require solids along with breast milk or formula milk. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,dal water/kichdi,rice starch, malts, idly are suggested to baby give adequate water and fluids.
