ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. if the weight for age of your baby is normal you should not worry. if baby had suffered from infection or illness then there can be a reduction in weight for healthy weight you should only exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. feed baby on demand including nap time and night time feed. at one time feed from only one breast do not switch breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which helps in weight gain do not introduce bottle
