#AskTheExpert he'll expects after delivery I had put 10kg weight.I am not eating junk food or any package food also what should I do to lose weight?

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, apart from healthy eating, you should also exercise. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
