#AskTheExpert he'll doctor , my tsh is increased like 8 after my pregnancy I have 13 month old daughter and I m start taking 50 mg medicine for tsh ..what's should I do to reduce it and home remedies or diet plan

A. fir proper diet regarding your thyroid take a good dietician fir sane as. diet plan, which need your complete information like age, weight, height, haemoglobin level or certain blood tests, medical history, symptoms need to know to plan a proper diet

Q. my Wife is 7 month pregnent and she is taking 50 mg of thyrox 50 from last 15 days, but still her TSH is 3.39. Earlier she was taking 25mg from last 6 months and her TSH level is approx 3.83. There is not much improvement in the TSH level. our Gynologist has told us that 3.83 is normal so stick to only 25mg but we have increased the dose to 50 mg kindly suggest what should we do in this case.
