Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the frequency of urination should be more than 5 or 6 times per day. The colour of the urine should be pale yellow to transparent. if the abovve two criteria is achieved then no need to worry but if it is less than kindly give more fluid food, water and juice to the child.
